Just got rid of my old bed which I had built up into a box wich you climbed into through a hole. Very fun, but not ideal for a 21 year old. I've now replaced it with a mahogany bed of my great grans which is beautiful, but on the subject of clever use of space:

Selfridges

The subject of this weeks post is merchandise displays. On every occasion that I can I hop on a train to London and will always insist on going to the shoe section of Selfridges. And everytime I think to myself, 'hey some of these displays are pretty cool furniture pieces.' So on this occasion I have two pictures for you and there will be more in the not so distant future.

Elegant and creative ways to fill the space under the stairs

As a child I would love to hide in the cupboard under the stairs. Not only was it full of all the best toys but all our bedding was stored in there so there was an infinite amount of den making space. My love for making use of spaces still prevails and these designs for using the space under your stairs really excites me.
